Quality care is the key to a positive patient experience at Central Coast Day Hospital.
We are extremely proud of the patient care we provide and constantly work to improve it. To check that we are delivering the quality of service we aim for, we ask for feedback from our patients. We track responses to the patient satisfaction surveys on an ongoing basis through an independent healthcare company, Quality Performance Systems (QPS) Benchmarking. The survey offers each patient the chance to rate his or her experience with our hospital.
The graph below shows that our hospital achieved an overall patient satisfaction of 96% of our patients said that they are happy with our care, services and treatment. These are excellent and compelling results demonstrating the quality of patient care we provide.
