As part of Central Coast Day Hospital’s (CCDH) ongoing commitment to consultation and improvement, the Hospital hosted a Consumer Engagement meeting. The Hospital invited a selection of regular patients and their carers to provide feedback about their experience, care and support throughout their visits. This activity provides a formal mechanism for patients, carers staff and doctors and management to support the partnership of care with our consumers and to improve the Safety and Quality of Care for all patients.
